Our Story

A young man standing inside a moving truck filled with boxes, giving a thumbs up.

My journey began when I came to the United States from New Zealand on a soccer scholarship. During the summers, I worked for moving companies across Dallas, Texas, where I developed a passion for the industry and the people I met along the way.

After transferring to a school in Arizona, I found myself with very little money, no housing, and no safety net. Rather than wait for an opportunity, I decided to create one. With a small pickup truck that kept breaking down, my girlfriend, and our dog by my side, I started what would eventually become Wild West Moving.

The early days weren't easy. We were lucky to book one move a week, and I learned many lessons the hard way through difficult experiences with customers, employees, and trucks breaking down. More than once, I considered giving up. Instead, I committed fully to the business and focused all my energy on building something great.

Within 6 months, we were busy every day and growing rapidly. While still in college, I was able to build a trusted team and create jobs for others.

Today, two years later, Wild West Moving is a fully licensed and insured company operating a fleet of trucks, performing local and interstate moving services. Our goal is simple: provide exceptional service, create opportunities for good people, and build a company Arizona can trust.
